To ensure that menus remain readable, the system may decrease the space between the titles, truncating them if necessary. When menu bar space is constrained, the system prioritizes the display of menus and essential menu bar extras. For example, people might want to include the system-provided Bluetooth menu bar extra to help them manage Bluetooth connections at any time. With the exception of essential menu bar extras, like Clock, people choose the menu bar extras they want to keep in the menu bar. A menu bar extra provides a menu of app- or system-defined items that people can access in most contexts. Space permitting, the system can display menu bar extras in the trailing end of the menu bar.

#IP MENU BAR PASSWORD#
The name and password must match one of those setup through the the system's security settings. The name and password request is displayed. Click the check the box next to the system and then click OK.
Enter or select the required address in the Unit/Broadcast Address field and then click Refresh to perform a new search.ĥ. If the system required was not found, the address used for the search can be changed.The default display name used for a newly installed IP Office control unit is its MAC address.
After a few seconds it should list the IP Office control unit. Select File | Open Configuration from the menu bar.Ĥ.
#IP MENU BAR SOFTWARE#
If the PC has firewall software installed, you may be prompted as to whether you want to allow this program to access the network. Select Start | All Programs | IP Office | Manager.
#IP MENU BAR UPGRADE#
